Wall On The Fly began with research, communications audits, leadership interviews, client interviews, competitive analysis, and a two-day Brand Exploration Workshop.
The process revealed a consistent pattern across the organization’s work: integrating perspectives, navigating ambiguity, and helping organizations move through complex environmental, governance, innovation, and reconciliation challenges.
Those strategic insights became the foundation for the website, which was designed to express interconnectedness, movement, and systems thinking rather than conventional corporate hierarchy.
The resulting platform helped Stratos more clearly articulate its identity as a systems-focused consultancy operating across sustainability, governance, innovation, and organizational transformation.
Approximately one year after launch, Stratos was acquired by ERM — marking a significant new chapter in the organization’s evolution.
