Wall On The Fly is a strategic design and communications practice based in xwésám (Roberts Creek), on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia.
We work with organizations navigating complexity, transformation, and public trust — helping translate strategy, values, and institutional purpose into clear and coherent public-facing systems.
Our work often sits at the intersection of:
+ sustainability
+ healthcare
+ governance
+ culture
+ advocacy
+ education
+ systems change
But the focus is rarely on sectors alone.
It is on alignment.
Organizations are increasingly asked to communicate across fragmented audiences, evolving technologies, institutional pressure, and rapidly shifting cultural expectations.
Wall On The Fly approaches branding, digital experience, narrative development, and communications systems as interconnected parts of a larger whole. The goal is not to manufacture visibility, but to help organizations communicate with greater coherence, trust, and meaning over time.
Founded by Kevin Broome in 2015, the practice combines strategic thinking, editorial design, systems-oriented communication, and digital experience design across both institutional and cultural projects.
The studio works collaboratively with writers, developers, strategists, photographers, illustrators, and partner specialists depending on the needs of each engagement.
